Green Coins is a loyalty program created by the Planet Heroes platform to promote responsible environmental behavior. It connects consumers’ ecological actions with attractive rewards and discounts offered by businesses. The main feature of the Green Coins service is the ability to exchange accumulated points, earned through ecological activities, which are published via the Let’s Do It by Planet Heroes app and the Planet Heroes platform.

I. General Provisions

These Terms and Conditions (hereinafter referred to as the "Terms") define the rules for using the Green Coins service, which is part of the Planet Heroes platform (www.planetheroes.app), and allow users to exchange Green Coins—loyalty points earned for ecological actions—for rewards and discounts offered by platform partners.

Green Coins is an innovative loyalty program created by the Planet Heroes platform to promote responsible environmental attitudes and support ecological initiatives. The binding version of these Terms is available at https://coins.planetheroes.pl/regulamin, where users can access, download, and store it free of charge through a telecommunication system.

These Terms are prepared based on the legal regulations in force in the Republic of Poland and define the rules of service operation, the responsibilities of the Operator and Users, the terms of service provision, and the legal and technical conditions for using the service.

Every user of the service is required to carefully read and accept these Terms before using the service. Using the service implies acceptance and commitment to comply with these Terms.

The Privacy Policy is an integral and binding part of these Terms, which the User confirms by accepting the Terms. These Terms may be subject to changes. In all cases, the binding version of the Terms is the one published on the website: https://coins.planetheroes.pl/regulamin.

Users of the service should regularly visit the specified website to stay informed about updates to the Terms, as continued use of the service will be considered direct acceptance of any changes.

The service name, website code, platform operation principles, logo, graphic design, trademarks, software, and database are legally protected.

Active users of the Green Coins service may be individuals over the age of 18 with full legal capacity, legal entities, and organizational units without legal personality that can acquire rights and incur obligations on their own behalf.

Users may also include individuals aged 13 to 18 to the extent that they can acquire rights and incur obligations according to applicable law.

II. Definitions

Terms used in these Terms, unless otherwise defined, have the following meanings:

Green Coins – virtual loyalty points awarded to users for performing eco-friendly actions such as cleaning, tree planting, using public transportation, eating vegetarian meals, recycling, etc. These activities are published via the Let’s Do It by Planet Heroes app and/or the Planet Heroes platform.

User – any individual or legal entity that has registered an account on the Planet Heroes platform and participates in the Green Coins program.

Partner – a company or organization cooperating with Green Money Sp. z o.o., offering users discounts, rewards, or other benefits in exchange for Green Coins.

Planet Heroes – a global online platform that supports environmental protection efforts. It allows users to publish ecological initiatives such as cleaning public spaces or nature conservation activities, which can be financially supported by other users. Planet Heroes promotes environmental responsibility by rewarding eco-friendly activities and connecting them with companies offering sustainable products.

Let’s Do It by Planet Heroes – a mobile application linked to the Planet Heroes platform that serves to record, document, and publish ecological activities carried out by users. Users can report their actions to earn Green Coins and use features that facilitate the exchange of points for rewards from program partners.

III. Program Participation Rules

To participate in the Green Coins program, a user must create an account on the Planet Heroes platform or within the application. Green Coins are awarded for ecological activities that are published and confirmed in the Let’s Do It by Planet Heroes app or on the Planet Heroes platform.

Accumulated Green Coins can be exchanged for discounts and rewards offered by program partners in designated regions. Offers may be territorially limited. Partners determine the value of discounts and their validity period.

IV. Green Coins Exchange Rules

Users can exchange their collected Green Coins for rewards available in the Green Coins service, visible in their account.

Users receive a unique discount code, which can be redeemed in an online store or at a partner’s location. Green Coins have no monetary value and cannot be exchanged for cash.

Green Coins are valid for 12 months from the date of award. After this period, points expire.

V. User Obligations

Users agree to use the service in compliance with the law, these Terms, and good practices. It is prohibited to create more than one account per individual or legal entity. Users must only publish truthful information about their ecological activities.

VI. Administrator’s Responsibility

Green Money Sp. z o.o. is not responsible for the implementation of discounts and rewards offered by partners. Responsibility in this regard lies with the partners. The administrator reserves the right to suspend or terminate the Green Coins service with prior notice to users.

VII. Complaints and Contact

Complaints regarding the operation of the service or the Green Coins program can be submitted electronically at: [email protected].

The administrator undertakes to review complaints within 14 days of receipt.

VIII. Final Provisions

These Terms are effective from the date of publication on www.planetheroes.app. The administrator reserves the right to make changes to the Terms. Users will be informed of any changes at least 14 days before they take effect.

Green Coins is a program that rewards responsible pro-environmental attitudes, connecting consumers with environmentally-conscious businesses. The program creates a real impact on improving the state of the natural environment while offering attractive material benefits for engaged users.
